UTL Industries informs about annual disclosure of large corporate
With reference to SEBI/HO/DDHS/ClR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (LC) and disclosure required to be made by such LC, UTL Industries has informed that the company does not fall under the criteria as specified in Para 2.2 of the aforesaid Circular as on 31st March, 2026. Hence, it shall not be considered as Large Corporate (LC).
