Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Roselabs Finance has informed that, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. As it has informed through its letter dated March 23, 2026 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed for all designated persons with effect from April 1, 2026 upto 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at www.roselabsfinancelimited.in.
