Prestige Estates Projects, TCS and Tata Steel to see some action today

Suratwwala Business Group’s subsidiary -- Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource has bagged order from Bondada Engineering

Prestige Estates Projects has entered into a joint venture with ABIL Group (a developer of premium real estate and hospitality in Pune and Mumbai) to develop a land parcel through Aaramnagar Realty LLP. Aaramnagar Realty LLP jointly holds the Development rights to land parcel in Aram Nagar, Versova, Mumbai. The development spans a land area of approximately 6 acres and offers a total development potential of around 1.7 million square feet (RERA area), with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over Rs 9,000 crore.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has renewed its major, multi-year strategic partnership with Marks & Spencer (M&S). This continuing engagement builds on the more than a decade long trusted partnership between the two organisations and will see TCS continue to serve as M&S’s strategic technology partner as the retailer embeds its technology transformation. As part of this continuing partnership, TCS will support M&S as it transforms to become an omnichannel, data driven retailer supported by globally best-in-class modern technologies.

Tata Steel has completed the acquisition of remaining 10,000 equity shares (0.01% shareholding) of face value Rs 10 each for a consideration of Rs 0.03 crore in Tata Steel Colors ((TSCPL), subsidiary company, from BlueScope Steel Asia Holdings as per the terms and conditions of the Share Purchase Agreement executed on November 12, 2025. Post this transaction, the company’s shareholding in TSCPL has increased from 99.99% to 100% and accordingly, TSCPL has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Suratwwala Business Group’s subsidiary -- Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource has bagged order from Bondada Engineering for EPC Contract for Design, Engineering, Supply (Except supply of PV module), Unloading of PV Modules at site, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 15 MWAC (bringing the total order value to 45 MWAC) Cumulative Capacity Crystalline Ground Mounted Solar PV Technology Grid Interactive Distributed Agriculture Feeder Solarization by Solar PV Power Plant under MSKVY 2.0 scheme on EPC basis in State of Maharashtra. Broad commercial consideration or size of the order is Rs 19 crore exclusive of GST.

Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary -- Saatvik Solar Industries has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 108.75 crore from one renowned Independent Power producers/EPC Players for the supply of Solar PV Modules. The Order will be executed by September 2026.

S.P Apparels has invested an amount of Rs 6.01 crore as equity in S.P Apparels International (SPAIPL), a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Investment in SPAIPL will enable the company to expand its business operations.  

Mega Nirman & Industries’ EV charging solutions arm -- MegaCharge has entered into a strategic partnership with the National Highways for Electric Vehicles (NHEV) to deploy EV charging infrastructure for 660 charging points across India's ambitious 5,500 km e-highway network. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in strengthening India's EV ecosystem by enabling seamless long-distance electric mobility. Under this partnership, MegaCharge will play a key role in deploying and maintaining advanced EV charging stations along critical highway corridors.
