ZIM Laboratories has invested Rs 89.45 lakh which is AUD 1,35,000 (Australian Dollars) in the equity shares of ZIMTAS. This investment was made out of a total approved amount of Rs 2 crore. Post investment, the company holds 99.96% of the total share capital of ZIMTAS.
ZIM Laboratories manufactures, formulates, and distributes drug delivery systems to develop generic pharmaceutical products.
