Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Sansera Engineering has informed that the Board of Directors of Sansera Engineering at its meeting held on April 08, 2026, has approved the change in designation of Rahul Kale from ‘Chief Operating Officer (COO)’ to ‘Chief Executive Officer-Automotive’, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from April 08, 2026, pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. However, he will continue to report to B R Preetham, Executive Director & Group CEO of the Company.
