With reference to the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 as updated on April 13, 2022, Kamdhenu has informed that the company does not fall under the criteria as prescribed under the aforesaid circular and accordingly the Company is not a ‘Large Corporate Entity’ as on 31st March, 2026.
