Cambridge Technology divests 100% stake in R.P. Web Apps
Pursuant to completion of the transaction, R.P. Web Apps has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company
Cambridge Technology Enterprises has completed disinvestment of 100% shareholding of 60,880 Equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, held by the company in R.P. Web Apps, to AKIT IT Consulting. Pursuant to completion of the transaction, R.P. Web Apps has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
