Diamond Power Infrastructure has informed that the company has received a letter of intent from Adani Power for design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection & testing at manufacturer's works, packing & forwarding, transit Insurance, transportation and supply of Various sizes of Power & Control Cables at Raipur Ph-II Thermal Power Projects, Chhattisgarh worth Rs. 43,26,10,349/- (Rupees Forty-Three Crores Twenty-six lakhs ten thousand three hundred Forty-nine only) inclusive GST. Further the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.
