Patspin India informs about non applicability of large corporate criteria
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 pertaining to fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates, Patspin India has informed that the company does not fall under the definition of Large Corporate. Accordingly, the Disclosure requirement as per the said circulars is not applicable to the Company.
