Syschem (India) has confirmed that the company does not fall under the category of Large Corporate (LC) as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. The company has confirmed that the Company does not meet the criteria of Large Corporate as specified in the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Accordingly, the disclosure requirement under the said circular is not applicable to the Company.
