Diamond Power Infrastructure soars on securing LoI worth Rs 19.57 crore
The said order is to be executed within 15 days from the issuance of Letter of Intent
Diamond Power Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 128.00, up by 2.80 points or 2.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 125.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 123.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 132.00 and Rs. 122.25 respectively. So far 85126 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 185.10 on 17-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 86.50 on 09-May-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 132.00 and Rs. 118.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6797.93 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 84.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.53% and 15.45% respectively.
Diamond Power Infrastructure has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Adani Green Energy for supply of cables worth Rs 19.57 crore inclusive GST. The said order is to be executed within 15 days from the issuance of letter of intent.
Diamond Power Infrastructure is engaged in manufacturing & selling of conductor, cables and transmission towers.
