Maharashtra Seamless has informed that NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics (NSE Sustainability), vide summary of its report received by the Company on 2nd April, 2026, has assigned an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) score of ‘56’ (Rating Category: Moderate) to the Company, based on publicly available data. The Company has not engaged the NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics for the said rating. The report has been independently prepared by NSE Sustainability Ratings and Analytics using information available in the public domain. This disclosure is being made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026.
