Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services informs about update on acquisition
Pursuant to its intimation vide letter No. ZAGGLE/24-25/185 dated March 27, 2025 regarding the proposed acquisition of 51% stake in Effiasoft and in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company (Zaggle) held on April 3, 2026, has has reassessed the strategic need for the proposed acquisition and decided not to proceed with said acquisition.
