Eco Recycling has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with explanatory statement pursuant to Section 102 read with Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘Postal Ballot Notice’) which is being sent to the Members of the Company towards seeking their approval on the resolution as set out therein. In accordance with the circulars of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only via email to all the Members who have registered their email addresses with the Company or depositories/ depository participants and whose names appear in the register of members/list of beneficial owners as received from the depositories as on Friday, March 27, 2026 (‘cut- off date’). The Company has engaged the services of Bigshare Services (Bigshare) for the purpose of providing remote e-voting facility to all its members. Voting on the postal ballot will take place only through remote e-voting system of Bigshare. Remote e-voting will commence from Saturday, April 04, 2026 9:00 am (IST) and shall end on Sunday, May 03, 2026, 5:00 pm (IST). The result of the postal ballot will be announced on or before Tuesday, May 05, 2026.
