RattanIndia Power informs about closure of trading window
In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, upto date, RattanIndia Power has informed that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from April 01, 2026, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives and shall open, 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for approval of the aforesaid audited Financial Results shall be intimated in due course.
