A-1 informs about closure of trading window
In terms of companies code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in companies securities by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, A-1 has informed that the trading window in dealing of the security of company will remain close for all the Promoters, Directors and Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company (as defined in code) with effect from 1 St April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
