NHC Foods informs about closure of trading window
NHC Foods has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from April 1, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The date of Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
