Cybele Industries informs about trading window closure
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Cybele Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of company shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Annual year ended 31st March, 2026. All the Designated persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's Securities during the closure of the Trading Window as per the ‘Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of the company, framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from time to time.
