AWL Agri Business has informed that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.
