Acknit Industries informs about closure of trading window
Acknit Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors in which the financial results will be considered by the Directors will be intimated later on.
