Pine Labs informs about closure of trading window
Pine Labs has informed that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations), read with Pine Labs (the Company)’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2026 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the said Results shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges separately. Accordingly, all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders are advised not to deal in the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period.
