EPL informs about audio recording of investor’s conference call
EPL has informed that this is in furtherance of intimation dated March 29, 2026, whereby the Company had intimated regarding a conference call for the Analysts/ Investors scheduled to be held today i.e. on March 30, 2026, to discuss about the Scheme of Amalgamation of Indovida India (Transferor Company) with EPL (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders (Conference call). In that regard and in terms of the above referred provisions of SEBI LODR Regulations, the Conference Call was held today, as per the schedule intimated earlier and the audio recording for the Conference call is made available on the website of the Company i.e. at https://www.eplglobal.com/news-media/#multimedia
