Orbit Exports has informed that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 and National Stock Exchange of India Limited circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019, the Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company, will be closed with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, as may be approved at the concerned Board Meeting. The date of Board Meeting to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, will be informed in due course.
