Kothari Industrial Corporation has informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing with the securities of the Company by designated persons shall be closed with effect from 01st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026.
