Rhi Magnesita India informs about closure of trading window
Rhi Magnesita India has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1 April 2026. The trading window shall be opened forty‐eight (48) hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and twelve months ended 31 March 2026 would be declared and disseminated to the Stock Exchanges.
