HDFC Asset Management Company informs about grant of options and PSUs
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable circulars, HDFC Asset Management Company has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (‘NRC’) of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on March 30, 2026 has approved grant of 85,100 Employees Stock Options (‘Options’) and 29,200 Performance-linked Stock Units (‘PSUs’) representing 1,14,300 Equity Shares in aggregate, of Rs 5 each to the eligible employees of the Company, under Employees Stock Options and Performance-link.
