Ind Bank Housing informs about clousre of trading window
In terms of SEBI (Clause 4(2) of the Schedule B of Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Ind Bank Housing has informed that the Trading Window for dealings in listed securities (Shares) of the Company will remain closed from 1st April 2026 for Directors/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company till expiry of forty-eight hours after declaration of Audited financial results by the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
