Brawn Biotech informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Brawn Biotech has informed that the Trading Window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company to deal in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01 April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2026. During the closure of the Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in securities of the Company. The date of the Board meeting at which the said results will be considered and declared will be intimated in due course.
