Globus Spirits informs about closure of trading window
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Globus Spirits has informed that, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the 4th quarter and Year ending 31st March 2026. The further announcement citing the Trading window opening date will be intimated once the Board Meeting Notice is circulated to the stock exchanges as well as to the Board of Directors of the company.
