Aequs has entered into a nonbinding MoU with the Government of Karnataka
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) has received a work order from the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, for the supply, installation, and commissioning of AI-enabled high-performance computing infrastructure. The order involves the deployment of Access Genie BluEdge AI Infrastructure including rack servers and GPU-powered high-performance workstations for the Central Analysis Team (CAT) of Telangana Police.
KNR Constructions has received Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for widening and strengthening of pipeline road from Shankarpally road at MGIT to Manikonda including junction development at NPCI in the state of Telangana worth Rs 83.64 crore excluding GST from Hyderabad Growth Corridor. The construction period for the said project is 9 months.
3i Infotech’s material wholly owned step-down subsidiary -- 3i Infotech Inc., USA has received a work order on March 25, 2026, from a leading US credit union for design and implementation of Zero Trust - Identity and Access Governance (IAG), in Cybersecurity domain. The engagement involves end-to-end implementation of the Saviynt IAM platform across client environments, design and architect of IAM solutions tailored to customer requirements, while reviewing and optimizing existing environments, configure and deploy Saviynt connectors for various target systems, ensuring seamless provisioning and integration and identifying and reporting of access security risks in a timely manner to stakeholders. The total value of the work order is approximately Rs 1.26 crore (exclusive of applicable taxes).
Hilton Metal Forging has entered into an Interim Sales Agreement for the supply of 360,000 standard 155mm M107 empty bomb artillery shells, with a structured delivery schedule of 15,000 units per month. Under the terms of the agreement, the company will execute the order over a 24-month period, reinforcing its strategic expansion into the defence manufacturing sector, a key high-growth vertical.
Aequs has entered into a nonbinding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Karnataka for statutory & regulatory facilitation of proposed expansion of manufacturing facilities in Aequs Special Economic Zone, Belagavi and in Hubballi Durable Goods Cluster in Itigatti and Gamanagatti Industrial Area, Hubballi through its subsidiaries. The estimated cumulative investment (including investments already made and proposed) in these projects is approximately Rs 2,856 crore over a period of five years from FY 2026.
Bondada Engineering has incorporated a Subsidiary Company under the name Bondada Dinesh SPV. The said subsidiary has been incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the execution and implementation of the project awarded by Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) to the consortium comprising Bondada Engineering (Lead Member) and Dinesh Engineers (Consortium Member), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Letter of Award (LOA), which mandate the formation of a project specific entity for undertaking the awarded project and fulfilling contractual obligations, including execution, financing, and operation of the project.
ACME Solar Holdings’ subsidiary -- ACME Eco Clean Energy has commissioned additional 4 MW out of 100 MW wind power project at Village: Dhakaniya, Taluka: Sayla, Dist: Surendaranagar, Gujarat. The commissioning has been witnessed and confirmed by Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company (PGVCL) officials, and the formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly. With this, ACME Eco Clean Energy has achieved a commissioned capacity of 92 MW out of 100 MW.
