Sunshield Chemicals informs about closure of trading window
Sunshield Chemicals has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended the ‘Trading Window’ (i.e. period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1st April 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for considering, the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 will be informed in due course as per the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
