Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR, 2015, Mcleod Russel India has informed that Amritanshu Khaitan (DIN: 00213413), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, owing to personal reasons and other commitments, has tendered his resignation from the Directorship via mail/letter dated 17th March, 2026. His resignation will be effective from 17th March, 2026. In this connection, disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, 2015, in accordance with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure ‘A’ and the resignation letter received from Amritanshu Khaitan is enclosed as ‘Annexure - B’.
