Hasti Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, Wednesday, 18th March, 2026, has approved the appointment of Ankit Kumar Jha as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from 18th March, 2026. The meeting commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 12:05 pm. The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure A.
