S. M. Gold has informed that Megha Saraswat (ACS 72665) has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, citing an opportunity outside the organization. The resignation was submitted via letter dated 17th March, 2026. The required disclosure, in line with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A. A copy of her resignation letter is also attached.
