Unitech has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 15th April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31t March, 2026. The date of Board meeting for approval of financial results will be intimated in due course.
