Bodhtree Consulting informs about subcontracting of project
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bodhtree Consulting has informed that Panth Infinity, engaged by the Company for the development of the product ‘GenBI: The Next-Gen AI-Powered BI & Analytics Platform’ has subcontracted a part of the project to Semayra Web Services. The details of the subcontract are enclosed. The Company has been informed that such subcontracting is in line with the terms of engagement with the original vendor. The approval for subcontracting has been granted by the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution dated March 17th, 2026.
