Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III – Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shelter Pharma has informed that the manufacturing facility of the company has undergone a Third-Party Food Safety Audit conducted by an auditing agency recognized under the framework of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. The audit was conducted to evaluate compliance with applicable food safety standards and regulatory requirements. As per the audit report, the facility has been assigned an audit score of 81/86 (94%) with an A+ rating, indicating compliance with the prescribed food safety management systems and operational standards. This reflects the Company’s commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and food safety in its products. Further details are provided in Annexure – I.
