Consequently, he has stepped down from all the Committees of the Company in which he was a Chairman/Member. The information with respect to the abovementioned change in the Board composition in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III-Part A(7B) of Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular bearing Ref.
