Bajaj Healthcare informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Bajaj Healthcare has informed that the Company has signed Deed of Assignment and Transfer with Bethany Pharmacare on March 17, 2026 for the sale of an undertaking of the Company situated at Plot No. L-9/3, MIDC, Tarapur, Taluka Boisar, District Palghar, Maharashtra. Further, the company has confirmed that none of the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in the aforesaid entity and the transaction does not fall within the purview of related party transactions. The brief details, in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure-I’.
