No. A79706) a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has been appointed as the Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO), designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from Tuesday, March 17, 2026. This appointment is made pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
