Tech Mahindra informs about allotment of equity shares
Tech Mahindra has informed that the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has today, 17th March, 2026 at 5.39 am (IST) approved allotment of 61,561 equity shares of ₹ 5each fully-paid pursuant to exercise of stock options as detailed hereunder: - 42,381 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan – 2014 (ESOP-2014) - 19,180 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018 (ESOP–2018).
