Shree Cement informs about incorporation of WOS
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Shree Cement has informed that the Business Operations Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 16th March, 2026, has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in Mauritius. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated 30th January, 2026 is given in Annexure-A.
