Reliance Industries (RIL) has entered into a binding long-term Supply and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Samsung C&T Corporation, South Korea, for the supply of Green Ammonia over a 15-year period commencing in the second half of FY2029. The SPA, valued at more than $3 billion, is one of the largest binding long-term Green Ammonia off-take agreements globally.
NMDC has executed a Non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GMDC), a Government of Gujarat Enterprise to explore collaboration in Rare Earth Elements (REE) and associated minerals. The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation towards securing India’s critical mineral supply chain and developing an integrated rare earth value chain in India covering exploration, mining, processing, separation and downstream manufacturing.
Oberoi Realty has entered into a development agreement for lands situate at Aram Nagar, Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai, belonging to Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). Based on the extant provisions of the Development Control and Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034, the company expects its share of the free sale component to be approximately 17.18 lakh square feet (RERA carpet area) (excluding its share of rehab component for existing tenants) from the development of the Project Land, subject to statutory approvals and applicable regulations.
The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has acquired an ultra-luxury resort in Coorg, marking the brand’s entry into immersive, nature-led and wellness anchored hospitality. The 71 all-villa property, set within 76 acres of lush landscape near Madikeri and surrounded by coffee and spice plantations, will be unveiled as The Leela Coorg Forest Sanctuary later this year.
Zydus Lifesciences’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Sentynl Therapeutics Inc. (Sentynl) is entering into an agreement with PRG S&T, a Korean company specializing in the development of medicine for rare genetic diseases, to license its investigational molecule Progerinin (SLC-D011) for Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome (HGPS or progeria). The agreement will allow Sentynl to begin working with PRG S&T immediately to advance the clinical development of Progerinin (SLC-D011) for HGPS, which has been designated as an orphan drug by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
AXISCADES Technologies has received approval for acquisition of the balance 24% stake, comprising 1,50,000 equity shares, in Cades Studec Technologies India (CSTI) from STUDEC SAS France and execution of definitive agreements in this regard. Upon completion of the said acquisition in accordance with terms of the proposed agreement, CSTI will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, owning 100% of the share capital of the Company. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on March 16, 2026, has approved the acquisition of the same.
Cupid Breweries and Distilleries has executed an agreement with Bansal Udyog. Through this arrangement, the company is further expanding its presence in the State of West Bengal, which is one of the largest markets in India for consumption of alco-beverage products. The arrangement will enable the company to undertake seed marketing / test marketing activities in the region, allowing the company to generate revenue while gaining insights into consumer demand patterns, market trends and distribution dynamics in the State.
