Titan Company has informed that the Company has fully redeemed the Commercial Papers (CPs) of ₹ 1000 crore (Rupees One Thousand Crore) bearing ISIN- INE280A14526 issued on 16th February 2026. The maturity proceeds of the CPs have been duly paid to all the holders today. A copy of this intimation is also being made available on the Company’s website at www.titancompany.in.
