NDA Securities has informed that the 2nd Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of NDA Securities was held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Gaurav Jindal, Chairman of the Meeting, welcomed the Members attending the Meeting. It was noted that the Directors of the Company were present at the Meeting. The representatives of the Statutory Auditors and Secretarial Auditors were also present. The requisite quorum being present, the Company Secretary, with the permission of the Chairman, called the Meeting to order. The Meeting was conducted through VC/OAVM in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI. With the consent of the Members present, the Notice convening the EGM along with the Corrigendum thereto was taken as read, as the same had already been circulated to the Members.
