Further, in accordance with Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are enclosing voting results of the Postal Ballot of the Company transacted via remote E-voting along with a copy of consolidated report on voting submitted by scrutinizer, Raj Kumar Banthia, Practicing Company Secretary, (Membership no. A17190/CP- 18428). All items of Agenda as contained in the notice of Postal Ballot dated 24th January, 2026, have been passed with requisite majority.
