Arvind SmartSpaces has informed that Hitesh Buch, Practising Company Secretary, who was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot process has submitted his report on 16th March, 2026. In accordance with the said Report, the members of the Company have approved all the Resolutions as embodied in the Notice with requisite majority. They are enclosing Results of Postal Ballot in the prescribed format along with Scrutinizer’s Report dated 16th March, 2026 issued of Hitesh Buch & Associates, Company Secretaries. The same is also being uploaded on Company's website at www.arvindsmartspaces.com.
