Currency futures for March expiry trade weaker with 1.93% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 92.4450, weaker compared to its Friday’s close at 92.30. The rupee opened at 92.44 and touched day’s high of 92.4750 and low of 92.42.
The March currency futures were trading at 92.50 with a spread of 0.0050 and a volume of 1,99,228. The contract opened at 92.50 weaker from its previous closing of 92.4275. The open interest (OI) stood at 30,47,442 up by 1.93% compared to its previous close of 29,89,638.
