Fluidomat has informed that this is pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A(A) and in compliance of SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11 (2) 2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 regarding a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical shares which were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019 and transfer requests which were lodged prior to the deadline of 1st April, 2019 by the shareholders of the Company and were rejected /returned not attended, due to deficiency in the documents process or otherwise. Eligible shareholders may submit their transfer requests along with physical share certificates. The window shall be available to the eligible physical shareholders of the Company from 5th February, 2026 till 4th February, 2027. Fluidomat has informed that it enclosed the newspaper advertisement published on 13.03.2026 in Free Press Journal English edition and Chotha Sansar Hindi edition.
