The wholly-owned subsidiary shall expand the company’s business in the real estate sector
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company in India namely ‘Sri Lotus Elegancia Realty’ on March 12, 2026. The wholly-owned subsidiary shall expand the company’s business in the real estate sector.
Earlier, the company had expanded into the GIFT City Area, Gandhinagar through a development agreement (DA) with Shri Abhishek Bachchan.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is a developer of residential and commercial properties located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, specializing in redevelopment projects within the ultra-luxury and luxury segments of the western suburbs.
